Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and principles regarding product returns, exchange requests, and order cancellations for purchases made from renore.net.
All processes are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

  • To be eligible for withdrawal, the product must be complete, unused, and in a resalable condition.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first send a written notification to the following address:

2. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Custom-made products, prepared according to the individual's name or measurements.

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Used, tested, damaged products

  • Products with removed labels

3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be shipped with its original box, packaging, any accessories, and invoice/delivery note.

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product will be checked within 3 business days after it arrives at renore.net.

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed via the payment method used.

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank (usually 1-7 business days).

4. Return Shipping Fee

  • In cases of returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer (legal requirement).

  • If renore.net sends a faulty product or there is a manufacturing defect, the shipping cost will be borne by the seller.

5. Change Policy

  • Exchanges are only possible subject to stock availability.

  • To request an exchange, you must first contact customer service:

  • The condition of the product sent for exchange is examined.

  • Once the product is approved, a new product will be shipped.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the product has a manufacturing defect).

6. Order Cancellation

For orders that have not yet been shipped:

  • You can cancel your order at any time.

  • Refunds are processed the same day.

For orders that have been shipped:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.

  • The 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase comes into effect after the product is received.

7. Defective or Faulty Product

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, incorrect product shipment, or incomplete shipment, renore.net should be contacted.

  • Photos of the faulty products should be shared via email.

  • In these cases, the seller is responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs.

8. How Does the Return Process Work?

  1. Your cancellation or return request will be received via email.

  2. The necessary information (return address, shipping code, etc.) will be sent to you.

  3. You will send the product using our contracted shipping company.

  4. The product arrives at the warehouse and is inspected.

  5. Your return will be approved and the refund process will begin.

9. Shipping Company Information

Returns or exchanges must be shipped via our contracted DHL E-Commerce courier company.
Any difference in return fees incurred when using different shipping companies will be borne by the buyer.
