This website (“renore.net”) is operated by Başak Erinan. All users who visit renore.net or make purchases from the site are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.

This agreement is made between renore.net users (“Member/Customer”) and Renoré Başak Erinan (“Company”).

renore.net is an e-commerce platform where users can browse and purchase products online. Prices, stock availability, and promotions are subject to update without prior notice.

4. Terms of Use

  • Users are required to use the site for lawful purposes.

  • All images, texts, and content on this site are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

  • The user is responsible for the security of their membership information.

5. Payment and Security

All payments made through renore.net are securely processed using the PayTR infrastructure. PayTR is a PCI DSS compliant payment system where card information is not visible to renore.net.

6. Order and Transaction Confirmation

Orders placed through renore.net are processed once payment is confirmed.
The company reserves the right to cancel the order due to a pricing error, stock shortage, or technical problem.

7. Privacy Policy

User information is stored and not shared in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Details are provided on the "Privacy Policy" page.

8. Disclaimer

The Company cannot be held responsible for any errors, interruptions, or technical problems that may occur in the site content. The user acknowledges that no guarantee is given that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9th Amendment Right

The company reserves the right to unilaterally update the terms of service. Updates will be effective from the moment they are published on the website.

10. Dispute Resolution

The Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.

11. Design Rights
All product designs featured on this site belong to the Renoré brand and Başak Erinan. These designs and visual content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, reused, or commercially exploited by any third party. We reserve the right to take legal action in case of unauthorized use.
