A user who placed an order via renore.net.

Article 1 – Subject

This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties under the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the purchase made by the Buyer through renore.com.

Article 2 – Product and Payment Information

The buyer acknowledges and agrees to the price, specifications, and all costs (including shipping) of the products listed in their cart and order summary before placing their order.
Payments are received securely through the PayTR system.

Article 3 – Delivery Terms

Products are shipped within a maximum of 3 business days, depending on stock availability.
The Seller is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to the shipping company.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.
Products not covered by the right of withdrawal:

Products made to order
Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Article 5 – Return Conditions

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
The return shipment is sent by the Buyer.
Once the returned product reaches the Seller, the fee will be refunded to the Buyer's payment method within the legal timeframe.

Article 6 – Guarantee

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse is not covered under warranty.

Article 7 – Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided through the site.
The seller will fulfill its obligations in all circumstances except force majeure and shipping processes.

Article 8 – Entry into force

By making payment, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
